A handbag was taken during one burglary in Crosby

A man has been charged with two burglary offences after two homes in Crosby were broken into. On Thursday, October 14 it was reported a house on Warwick Avenue had been broken into and a handbag stolen. The second reported burglary took place on Tuesday, October 29 where a house on Tudor Road was broken into. No items were reported stolen as the burglar was disturbed by the homeowner and made off. Now Barry Thompson, 50, of no fixed address, has been charged with burglary and theft.
