A man is due to appear in court tomorrow
A man has ben charged with murder, rape and arson following the death of Montserrat Martorell in Derry.
A 28-year-old man had been arrested as part of the investigation on Monday, August 26, and has now been charged with murder, rape and arson with intend to endanger life.
"The man is expected to appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court tomorrow, Thursday 29th August. As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service."
