Man charged with rape after 76-year-old woman allegedly attacked at care home
A man has been charged with the rape of an elderly resident at a Manchester care home. The 76-year-old woman reported on Saturday, December 17 last year that she had been the victim of a 'serious sexual offence', Greater Manchester Police said.
Stanley Ekhator, 36, of Aldermoor Close, Openshaw, has been charged with rape and sexual activity with a mentally disordered female.He was remanded into custody and appeared at Manchester Magistrates Court on Monday, January 16 where he was further remanded to appear in court again next month.
