Joao Cancelo is reportedly a 'priority' signing for Barcelona amid uncertainty over his future at Manchester City.
While the Portuguese full-back is believed to favour a move back to Camp Nou, Barca are not in a financial position to buy him and another loan move would be more viable. Mundo Deportivo claims that he is a 'priority' for the Catalan side and Barca continue to work with agent Jorge Mendes to secure another loan move.
Elsewhere, AS Roma are said to be favourites to sign out-of-favour Sergio Gomez this summer. A number of clubs are interested in his signature and Real Sociedad are thought to have previously approached City as they look for a replacement for Kieran Tierney.It remains to be seen what Guardiola's plans for the Spanish defender are ahead of next season, despite him expressing his wish to stay at the Etihad.
