The first part of the case was due to come to an end last week after an arbitration hearing was set for between 10-21 June.Borson revealed a verdict could be made quicker if the panel works exclusively on the situation and is in a hurry to share its decision.“This is the first part of the case to establish whether the rules are lawful,”“If City win, there will be a second part where they look at if they have got any loss, so that will probably come afterwards.
“I would think you’re probably looking at between one and three months before we get a decision because of the nature of the matter.
