The champions have taken maximum points from their first four Premier League games of the season, putting them two ahead of their title rivals at the top of the table.
Last season, City's away game against Arsenal was the only one all season in which Haaland was unable to register a single shot, therefore scoring zero for expected goals. He had four shots in the goalless draw at the Etihad Stadium but they were worth a combined total of only 0.31 expected goals, way down on his average, and none of them were on target. It was a sharp contrast from the previous season, when Haaland scored in both games against Arsenal.
