Ion Raducan has been jailed again

A man who was previously deported after helping a pimp regain control of a sex worker in Manchester used a false identity to return to the UK. Romanian national Ion Raducan, also known as Ion Paun, was jailed in November 2021 after pleading guilty to arranging or facilitating the travel of a woman with a view to exploitation.
