Two men have been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in south-east London A 21-year-old has died after he was stabbed repeatedly in a ‘brutal’ attack on a London street. Robert Robinson, who lived locally, was named by police as the victim of the murder which happened at roughly 10.30pm on Thursday. Despite the efforts of emergency service workers, Mr Robinson sadly died at the scene at Carteret Way in Deptford. His family have been informed.
’ Detective Inspector Neil Tovey said: ‘This is a horrific crime committed by persons who chose to arm themselves with weapons and blight our communities. ‘A young man has died in brutal circumstances and his family are grieving. ‘We need to piece together the events which led to the attack on Robert. The incident took place on a residential street, Carteret Way, at a time when many people are likely to have been at home.
