Man dies in hospital after 'lethal dose of ANOTHER patient's medication'

An investigation has now been launched by Police Scotland into Martin's death after NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde notified the Procurator Fiscal. NHSGGC told the Scottish Sun their "deepest condolences" are with Martin's family, but added that they couldn't comment on an ogoing investigation. "After immediately notifying the Procurator Fiscal, the circumstances around Mr Weldon’s death are now subject to an ongoing police investigation."We continue to work with relevant authorities and remain committed to engaging with the family as investigations progress."
