A man was taken to hospital
A 40-year-old man was rushed to hospital to be treated for serious injuries and medics say he is fighting for his life.He is expected to appear in court on Monday.spokesperson said: “Around 10.50pm on Saturday, August 5, police were called to a report of a man injured after being struck by a vehicle in George Street, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and the 40-year-old was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. “A 48-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 7, 2023.”
