Medical staff describe his condition as critical
A man is currently fighting for his life in hospital after an incident at a luxury resort in Argyll and Bute.
Emergency crews were called to Portavadie near Loch Fyne after receiving reports of a man falling unwell at 1.30pm on Thursday, June 29. He was raced Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow via an ambulance helicopter. . Police investigating the incident say inquiries remain ongoing. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.30 pm on Thursday, 29 June 2023, police were called to a resort in Portavadie after a report that a man had taken unwell within.
