Cohran died that day at a hospital from a gunshot wound to the chest and had also suffered gunshot wounds to his abdomen, according to records from the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner. Co-defendant Tamra Lynn Bell, 44, pleaded guilty earlier to a felony count of accessory after the fact and is awaiting sentencing next Jan. 15, according to the DA’s office.
