Fri, March 8th 2024 at 7:14 AMDAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa —According to the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office, prosecutors presented evidence that Tristan Nicholson, now 38, choked and beat Patton to death inside her Swatara Township apartment.
Prosecutors also presented evidence that before her body was found, Nicholson admitted to a friend that he killed Patton. Jurors heard recordings of Patton where she expressed fear of Nicholson three weeks before she was killed.Patton's mother, Deborah Patton, told the court that her daughter called her crying two weeks before the murder, saying that if anything happened to her, Nicholson did it.
