Peter Devlin and his son Loughlin were killed in the two-car crash on December 27
A man has appeared in court charged over a head-on collision that took place over the Christmas period in which a father and son were killed.
He is charged with two counts of causing the deaths of Peter and Loughlin Devlin by dangerous driving and one count of causing grievous bodily injury to Ursula Devlin by dangerous driving. Ursula Devlin, Peter’s wife and Loughlin’s mother, who was also in the rear-seat of the Mercedes, remains critically ill in hospital, the court heard on Friday. Another woman and a baby boy were injured in the incident but have since been released from hospital.
