A man in his 30s has been arrested in relation to the incident, which occurred on Main Street, Clonmany, Co. Donegal in the early hours of Monday morning
A man in his 60s is in a critical condition and has been transported to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin following a hit and run incident in Donegal .
Shortly after midnight, a male pedestrian in his 60s was struck by a vehicle which left the scene. After he was initially taken to Letterkenny Hospital following the incident, the man was subsequently transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, where he remains in a critical condition.A man in his 30s, who was driving the vehicle involved in the hit and run, was identified and arrested and is currently detained at a Garda station in Donegal.
“At approximately 12.15am, a male pedestrian, aged in his 60s, was struck by a vehicle, which left the scene of the collision. The injured man was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital and has since been transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, where he remains in a critical condition.
