A MAN was left needing stiches after being brutally ambushed in a nightclub.

James O'Hara was kicked to the head and body by John O'Donnell, 22, and two others while on the ground at Glasgow's Savoy Nightclub on November 7 2021.

O'Donnell, of Glasgow's Drumchapel, pleaded guilty at to assaulting Mr O'Hara to his severe injury while acting with others.
