A MAN has been killed in a 'freak accident' after a concrete block smashed through the windshield of his car during a horror incident this morning.
Officers were called to reports that a lump of concrete or large rock had crashed through the windscreen of a grey Hyundai. Louise Melbourne, from Nottinghamshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said her team won't stop until the circumstances of the incident are known.
