The victim’s mother observed malicious acts of the suspect toward her daughter, which was later confirmed after the victim revealed that she had been molested by the suspect multiple times since October last year.
Following the victim’s confession, her mother sought the assistance of Novaliches Police Station personnel, resulting in the arrest of Pineda. According to QCPD, the suspect will be charged with lascivious behavior under the Republic Act 7610 before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.INQUIRER.net wants to hear from you!
