Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward
An elderly man was taken to hospital after being knocked off his mobility scooter by a van in Bolton.
The man on the scooter - aged in his 70s - was rushed to hospital in a serious condition. No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.Police have today issued an appeal for any witnesses to come forward. They particularly want to speak to anyone who might have dash cam or CCTV footage.
