The incident took place in Glasgow and led to the road being closed as officers investigated.
A man was left badly hurt after being hit by a bus on a Scots street. The pedestrian was struck on Battlefield Road in Glasgow at around 9.55am on Thursday July 18.
Glasgow Live reports he is said to have been left with "serious injuries" as a result of the incident and the road was shut while Police Scotland officers began investigating the crash. "The pedestrian was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to what are described as serious injuries."
