A 29-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the incident which took place on Stirling Road, Milnathort some time before 10.40am this morning.Officers remain in the area to investigate the assault.
Detective Sergeant Jennifer Doe said: “Around 10.40am on Monday, November 6, police were called to a report of a disturbance on Stirling Road, Milnathort.“A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this serious assault and police enquiries are ongoing.” Stagecoach announced that bus services using Stirling Road have been diverted via Glenfarg while it remains closed.
