A man who incited an evacuation of Tanger Outlets mall in Sunbury last year has now been sentenced to four years in prison.
Police say 27-year-old Brian Ford II fled from a domestic incident and locked himself in a bathroom at the shopping complex on Sept. 6. Delaware County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Jon Scowdon told ABC 6 that authorities responded after a 911 call from a woman, saying the man she was with threatened her and had a gun.
