Mr Zhang from Ningbo in east China, was filmed by a local TV station after a broken item in his rented furnished flat left him with a hefty medical bill.The broken glass left the tenant with severe cuts on both of his hands, and a staggering medical bill of 9,400 yuan, approximately £1,084.87.
