Manchester United director of football John Murtough and CEO Richard Arnold are reportedly acting as mediators in the dispute between Erik ten Hag and Jadon Sancho.that he was left out of the squad to face Arsenal before the international break due to his performance levels in training.Sancho returned to training at the start of the week with non-international players being given last week off, and is understood to have held showdown talks with the Dutchman.
The report adds that Murtough is 'heavily involved' in the reconciliation process. Arnold is regularly updated on the progress of those talks, however, Murtough's role is 'significantly more prominent'.
