Mason Mount has been given a second chance at Manchester United after the club missed out on signing Xavi Simons.

However, he cited Leipzig's faith in him as the reason for his return.
Mount, meanwhile, has made just 20 appearances, most of which were from the bench, for the Red Devils since arriving for £60million last summer, and has scored just once. He's looked a shell of the player who won back-to-back Chelsea Player of the Year awards, and who helped the Blues win the Champions League in 2021.
