Scott McTominay is set to be out of contract at Manchester United in over 18 months but could be handed a new deal plus other transfer rumours
Manchester United are in the process of giving Scott McTominay a new contract, according to the Daily Star.
The Star have claimed that almost 12 months after being deemed 'surplus to requirements', Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his Ineos Group have stepped in and are looking to reward him with an extended contract. The 27-year-old has just over 12 months remaining on his current deal at Old Trafford - with a view to extend - as he approaches the final year, concerns could be raised over losing him on a free transfer.
AC Milan have been reported as another interested suitor. It has been suggested that he has a €20million release clause after signing a deal in January.
