Manchester United are reported to be one of a number of clubs interested in signing Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres at the end of the season.
Viktor Gyokeres has hinted at a potential exit from Sporting Clube de Portugal at the end of this season. The Swedish striker has become one of Europe's most coveted talents following his stellar performances with the Portuguese champions, netting 23 club goals in just 16 matches this season.
Following Manchester United's recent appointment of Gyokeres' former Sporting boss Ruben Amorim, they are considered one of the favourites to secure Gyokeres. Amorim and Gyokeres shared a strong bond during their time together in Lisbon. Amorim will also benefit from the substantial financial backing of United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe. Gyokeres was asked about a potential move.
