Milan are obviously very eager to agree fresh terms with Leao and have been handed a surprise boost in their negotiations with the player.The winger left Sporting after he had his contract terminated following an attack by the club’s ultras. Portuguese newspaper Record claims Leao no longer has to pay the fee and that Lille – who he joined after leaving Sporting – will have to do so.
