United struggled in midfield against Wolves but the same combination could thrive this weekend
We are only 90 minutes into the season but such is the microscope Manchester United exists under, there is plenty of attention already focussed on their Premier League start.
Perhaps the biggest selection question is in midfield, with United at times over-run and over-powered by Gary O'Neill's men on Monday night. A central attacking pair of Bruno Fernandes and Mason Mount left Casemiro isolated.Christian Eriksen's arrival off the bench helped the Reds gain a foothold in the middle of the park and the Dane comes into contention for a starting berth against his former side. But Ten Hag will not be one for knee-jerk reactions.
