The man, in his 20s, was reported to have gone underwater near the Kingfisher area of the south end of the reservoir.
Alan Ordonez, 22, was reported to have gone underwater on June 2 near the Kingfisher area of the south end of the reservoir and never resurfaced, South Metro Fire Rescue said. The water rescue call came in just after 4:30 p.m.
Ordonez was removed from the water about 5:30 p.m. and taken to the hospital. He was underwater for about 50 minutes, South Metro Fire said."Alan was an amazing son, brother, uncle, and great friend and he will be surely missed," said a statement from his family on."During this difficult time, we ask our family and friends to join us in helping us lay our son to rest. We kindly thank you for your support, love, and prayers.
