.Proudfoot was locked up for seven years in 2014 after being convicted of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl near his former home in Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire.
Proudfoot pleaded guilty last month at Glasgow Sheriff Court to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at the Day Today store.Proudfoot was due to be sentenced today.
