Sean, who had issues with his weight after leaving school aged 18, described himself as "a bit of a hermit" and he would rarely step foot outside his home if he didn't need to. He played video games competitively, which only served to exacerbate his addiction because of the pressure to avoid letting his team down.
Sean began calorie counting and started to learn about the macronutrients, like protein, that he needs in food for his body type.
