The alert is aimed at anyone who is departing soon from the airport
All passengers with trips booked are urged to "keep an eye out" after arriving at Manchester Airport.
A tweet from the airport's official account on Thursday was aimed at anyone who is "departing soon", as a busy summer for travel begins to wind down. The tweet said: "Departing out of @manairport soon? "Don't forget to keep an eye out for our airfield safety & compliance officers who keep our airfield safe and ticking! We are also online to help prepare you for your departure, so don't hesitate to contact us."The message comes after an earlier alert to all those travelling with children. Travelling with little ones can be tricky, the airport shared some tips parents should take.
In a video shared on Twitter last month, the airport's head of media Michael Murphy-Pyle said: "Planning your journey and how to keep your children entertained at the airport, don't add an extra layer of stress to your journey by cutting it too fine. "Arrive at the earliest time specified by your airline. That's usually two hours for a short haul flight or three hours for a long haul. Plan your journey to the airport in advance and make sure you're aware of any roadworks that may affect your journey.Receive newsletters with the latest news, sport and what's on updates from the Liverpool ECHO by signing up here
