Yonatan Rapoport had been looking forward to taking his son to his first match at Old Trafford
A Manchester United fan who attended matches at Old Trafford has been killed by Hamas. Yonatan Rapoport has been named as one of the seven UK nationals known to have been killed in Hamas' attack on Israel earlier this month.
It is reported that father-of-two Yonatan was killed in the attack on the Be'eri kibbutz, in southern Israel. In a post on the group's Facebook page, Israeli Reds says Yonatan was 'excited' to take his son to Old Trafford for the first time when United play Luton Town on November 11.
In an image shared by the group, Yonatan is wrapped in a United scarf while stood on an Old Trafford terrace ahead of a match. Yonatan leaves behind two children, Yosefi and Aluma, the BBC reports.
