As things stand, the match is currently going ahead. After a night of heavy snow in Manchester, Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) released a warning to those looking to venture out today. 'Snow and ice is likely to cause travel disruption,' the statement issued on its website read. 'Do not travel unless absolutely necessary. If you do need to travel, please allow plenty of time and plan ahead.' As mentioned, the weather warning is expected to last until midday on Sunday. Sleet is expected at 9am but that will move out for rain for the remainder of Sunday from 10am onwards. If this is the case, there will be an expectation that the match shall remain on with the rain washing away the snow that has settled in the city centre
