Manchester United get Manuel Ugarte permission as four transfer targets emerge

Manchester United are said to have already seen an opening bid rejected for Manuel Ugarte but negotiations are ongoing

Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique is reportedly prepared to part ways with Manuel Ugarte amid links to Manchester United.

However, a move for the Uruguay international could still be on the cards despite only completing the move to the French capital last year. The report also states that INEOS have four top summer targets. In addition to Ugarte, these are Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite, Bayern Munich's Matthijs De Ligt, plus Bologna’s Dutch striker Joshua Zirkzee. It is said Erik ten Hag spoke with the latter last week.
