The latest Manchester United transfer news as three deals are in the works amid preparations for the new Premier League season under Erik ten Hag.
The transfer domino effect is in action at Manchester United with one deal paving the way for two others at Old Trafford over the last few days.
De Ligt has been linked with United virtually all summer. The club will pay a fee of up to £42million which will be paid over three years, while right-back Mazraoui will cost a fee of around £17million. The 26-year-old has just one year remaining on his contract at Old Trafford. Despite starting all of United’s final 10 Premier League games of the season, he was always expected to move on this summer.
The agreement with West Ham gave United the green light to move for both De Ligt and Mazraoui. The double move will see both players reunited with former manager Erik ten Hag, who they played under during the manager’s time at Ajax.
