Man United fans are awaiting on news from their takeover process as the Glazers mull over the offers on the table
Manchester United supporters have watched on enviously this morning as a Premier League rival managed to complete a takeover of their club.
MEN Sport reported in August Sheikh Jassim was concerned the Glazers may pull the plug on a sale at any moment. While the offer he made remains on the table, Everton's takeover proves United cannot rely on the situation remaining the same forever. The Glazers should consider the Everton takeover as a warning to them. They may be playing hardball now but the family are not the only ones with other options and there is a real risk they are on the cusp of pushing too hard, and could lose out on the Qatari's riches altogether.
