Eric Ramsay left Man United midway through last season to become the youngest manager in the MLS with Minnesota.
Former Manchester United coach Eric Ramsay has described Erik ten Hag as 'really impressive' but has no regrets over taking his first job in management with Minnesota.
The MEN were the first to provide insight into Ramsay's role and to reveal that he'd helped players such as Casemiro settle, as he can speak fluent Spanish and French.ALSO READ: United's stance on Mount after claims he could be sold Ramsay has spoken to The Daily Mail to reflect on his time in Manchester and his tenure with Minnesota so far. He praised Ten Hag and said: "For sure, I took loads from working with Erik. A really impressive guy with a real sense of strength and conviction.
"I spoke to the Ineos guys and Dave Brailsford at length. I couldn’t say that there wasn’t a tiny part of me looking at Ineos and thinking I would be a good fit for the way they want to go about things. Sources described Ten Hag as 'much more involved' in set-pieces than previous managers and the process was collaborative, enhanced by the hiring of a set-play analyst.
