Lawyer Jonathan Baltar, BJMP-Mandaue Jail Superintendent, said that they continue to prepare the schedules and will release it once it is done.
in-person visitation resumed on November 14 but whole day contact visitation will be implemented on December 24 and 25 and December 31 and January 1, said Baltar.Only immediate family members will be allowed and each inmate will only be given 30 minutes. Visitors must present a vaccination card indicating that they are fully vaccinated.
