Chuan joined PRC as a Legal Advocate in 2009 and has held four other progressive leadership roles in the organization including Managing Director of Legal Advocacy and Chief Operating Officer. In that time, she has established herself as a leading expert on behavioral health service delivery, structure, and financing in San Francisco and the state of California.
Chuan’s experience includes other public sector organizations including Bay Area Legal Aid and the National League of Cities. Chuan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a juris doctor degree from Santa Clara University and is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California.
