Ang mungkahing budget sa susunod na taon ay katumbas ng 22.1% ng gross domestic product ng bansa, ayon kay Canda, na nagbasa ng joint statement ng DBCC. Ang DBCC ay binubuo ng mga kalihim ng Socioeconomic Planning, Finance , Budget and Management , at maging ng governor ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas .
“As economic activity is expected to continuously pick up over the medium-term, revenue projections were revised upward to P3.633 trillion for 2023…,” anang kalihim ng DBM.
