PRESIDENT Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. should bring up during his state visit to China in January 2023 the 'intrusion' of the Chinese Coast Guard in Philippine waters in November when it forcibly retrieved a rocket debris from the Philippine Navy .
Tolentino also said that China violated the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, of which Beijing is a signatory, when it seized its rocket debris from the PN personnel who found it first floating within Philippine territorial waters.Pimentel, in a text message, said the President should 'bring the incidents and the WPS up in the meetings during the state visit for the purpose of how to avoid similar incidents in the future.
