“Due to inclement weather, the PSG has advised to cancel President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s visit to Apayao today,” the Presidential Communications Office said. The Palace has earlier declared July 15 as a special non-working holiday in the Cordillera Administrative Region , which covers the provinces of Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Baguio City to mark the 36th anniversary of the creation of the administrative region since 1987.was raised on Friday night over Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mountain Province, along with other provinces in Northern Luzon due to Tropical Depression Dodong.
