PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said the Philippines and Singapore can expect strengthened collaboration on multiple fronts to address common global challenges following his “promising” discussion with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong over dinner on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
“The discussions with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy PM Lawrence Wong have been promising. Our countries can expect enhanced collaboration on multiple fronts to address common global challenges,” Marcos said.Marcos was on an official visit to Singapore for his attendance at the just concluded 10th Asian Conference where he discussed priority policies and programs before economic managers and business leaders.
