Marcos not yet set on first state visit—Angeles

“Let’s wait for Malacañang to make the formal acknowledgement of the invitation, that’s how it goes,” Angeles said during a press briefing on Monday, July 4. The Communications secretary explained that Marcos will have to first make a formal acknowledgement on the invitations he is receiving because these are “state matters, state functions.”
