President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. has directed the establishment of the Philippine Heart Center Annex in Clark, Pampanga.
Like the main hospital, the PHC Clark will specialize in “medical services for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.” According to the EO, the budget for the establishment and continued operations of the PHC Clark will come from the available appropriations of the Department of Health.
