President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. on Friday highlighted the port projects in the Bicol Region , which aims to hasten the transportation of goods and improve trade in the area.“Bilang suporta sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng inyong rehiyon, binibilisan na rin po ang pagbabalangkas ilang mga proyekto dito sa inyong lugar—tulad lamang ng mga port natin sa Tabaco, sa Malinao, sa Tiwi, at sa Bacacay dito sa Albay,” Marcos said in his speech at the Albay Astrodome in Legazpi City.
Marcos said port projects would also be started in the provinces of Catanduanes, Masbate, and Sorsogon.“Ito pong mga proyektong ito ay naglalayong mapabilis ang kalakalan at pagbiyahe ng ating mga produkto, lalo na ang pagkain at produktong pang-agrikultura,” Marcos said.Marcos led the distribution of a total of 2,115 certificates of land ownership award and electronic titles to 1,965 agrarian reform beneficiaries in Bicol region.He also distributed 617 farm machineries and equipment worth P20.
