PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. urged the military to 'keep up with the times' and be more adaptable as the global situation becomes 'more and more complicated.'The President made the remark during the oath-taking ceremony of newly promoted generals and flag officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in Malacañang on Monday.
