In an interview Monday, Mendoza highlighted progress on measures identified by the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council , noting that 70 to 80 percent of these are advancing in Congress.“This year, there are just a few left because some are still in bicameral, while others are still in the Senate plenary. So, this year, hopefully this year, maybe just a few. It will probably be signed, at most probably four for this year,” Mendoza said.
